Meet Brian Reed (Speaker, Consultant, Mentor)

BG(R) Brian Reed brings unparalleled leadership expertise honed over a distinguished 34-year career in the U.S. Army. A proven combat leader, he commanded troops in multiple theaters, including Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. His experience spans leading diverse units, from platoons to brigades, culminating in service as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense. Beyond the battlefield, BG(R) Reed holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Maryland and served on the faculty at West Point, shaping the next generation of military leaders. He now leverages his unique blend of strategic leadership, academic rigor, and real-world experience to empower organizations to achieve peak performance.
